Teamwork

A lot of the activities in Air Cadets require you to work together in teams. You have to work together to complete a task.

Think about drill, team sport and fieldcraft. They are areas where team work is obviously important. When you go gliding its just you and the pilot, but what about the two guys running along holding the wings as you take off or the guy operating the winch they are part of the team as well.

Air Cadets will put you in a number of different situations where you have to work together as a team. We’ll help you to improve how you work with others. We’ll teach you how to develop your teamwork skills by courses and experience.
