Cadets and Staff will be supporting this event.
Uniform
Cadets are to be in No2 uniform (light blue shirt and tie with jumper). A high standard of turnout is expected. Cadets without blue uniform are permitted to attend but must do so in smart civilian clothes.
Timings
Cadets are to meet outside Ferndown Library between 0920 and 0930. The event will finish at 1130. Cadets are welcome to stay after this point, but will need to ensure that they have been met by their parent/guardian. Staff will only remain for cadets who are due to be collected at 1130.
Squadron Standard
The Squadron Standard is to be taken with the appropriate equipment and will be paraded during the event. The Senior Cadet present is to make themselves known to Mr Grant Parrott of the British Legion to ensure that the cadets and Banner Bearer are fully briefed for the events.
Collecting for the Poppy Fund
Cadets may be requested to collect for the Poppy Fund during this event.

The Squadron will run a Boot Camp training weekend, based at the hut on the 22-23 Oct 16.
Names will be taken over the next few Parade Evenings, and Joining Instructions will be issued closer to the event.

JTYAF are looking for volunteers to help with the car parking at this years dog show at Parley Cross on the 24th (Saturday) September.
Timing will be from 09:00 – 13:00

We have a flying opportunity for 4 cadets on the 9th of October. If you would like to go complete the AV1 medical form and bring in to cadets ASAP. If there is more cadets applying then slots available then names will be drawn out of a hat. Yo will only be eligible if you have returned the AV 1 form before the 3rd of October.
The flying slot is a morning slot and will be leaving Ferndown HQ at 07:30 and getting back between 12:30 and 13:00.
