Dates for RAF Regiment Work Experience Courses have been added to the calendar.
The Squadron Bag Packing will take place at Sainsbury’s in Ferndown on Saturday 15 Dec 12.
Cadet should aim to be at the store by 0830 bag packing will be complete by about 1300.
Uniform is No2 Working Blues.
The purpose of the Bag Packing is t raise funds for the Squadron so please make the effort to be there if you can.

Visit to Ferndown Fire Station will take place on Friday 14 Dec 12. Cadets are to assemble by Joliffe Funeral Directors by 1845. Uniform is CS95. Cadets should bring a change of clothing and towel.
Note the Squadron will not be open on his evening. Cadets should be picked up from Joliffe Fureral Directors between 2115 and 2130.

Today I received a letter from Mrs Ridge of the Poppy Appeal. Your efforts in collecting for the Poppy Appeal at Sainsburys on 28 Oct 12 raised an amazing £881.09 which contributed to the £24,596.44 raised in the District overall. The message from Mrs Ridge was: ‘An incredible total. Thank you so much for your support’.
I would like to thank all the Staff and Cadets who supported this event you should be proud of yourselves and once again 2358 Squadron has made a significant contribution to the Poppy Appeal.

CI Ben Smits will be joining the Squadron for approximately 6 months on attachment from 130 (Bournemouth) squadron.
The IACE for 2013 will take place in Singapore. Dorset/Wilts Wing have been allocated one Female place. Any female cadet interested in attending please contact OIC on a parade night.
Dates for Easter Camp at RAF Akotiri Cyprus have now been posted on the squadron Calendar. Costs are to be confirmed, there are also attendance criteria in terms of age etc. Those interested please contact OIC on a Squadron night.
