New Forest Walk 17 June 2012
Cadets attending the New Forest Walk should ensure they have the following equipment:
Walking boots/shoes
Suitable clothing (no jeans)
Waterproofs
Personal first aid kit
Daysack
Packed lunch and enough drinks/water to last the day
Sunscreen and hat (it might stop raining!)
Cadets should have the necessary CC1-CC4 forms, completed and signed, with them.

Unfortunately female cover is not available for this event, but the Squadron is working towards resolving this issue.
Costs are £10 for under 15 and for £23 for over 16.

SECCOM 12 Safety Brief

SECCOM 12
The SECCOM 12 Exercise will take place from the 01 – 04 June 2012. The aim of this exercise is to improve the Leadership and Teamwork of the students taking part. This is a tough course for students both mentally and physically. You will be given a chance to lead a team in a number of different situations and provided with instant feedback and a full report at the end of the course.

Cadets taking part in the Support Team will carry out a variety of tasks which will include improving their fieldcraft skills.
Cadets taking part as Students are expected to attend for the full four days. Cadets attending as part of the Support Team can attend three or four days.
