Those cadet previously down to go gliding at The Royal Navy Gliding Club with FS Roberton are to confirm with him this Friday that they are able to attend the new Gliding slot on Sunday 12 Oct 14.

The Squadron has a morning flying slot on Sunday 08 Jun 2014. Recognising that this clashes with the D-Day Church Service, priority will be given to flying and cadets will be selected from those who put their name down to attend the Service.
Cadets who have not been flying/gliding before will be given priority. This will be finalised through FS Roberton at the D-Day Parade on Friday.

Cadets are to note that they MUST have their 3822 and forms TG21/TG23 in order to take part in gliding.

Sadly the schollarship place has now been taken. But watch this space as more are likely to become available shortly.

If any cadet aged 16 years plus has completed the necessary medical forms for a Gliding Schollarship, the Wing may have one available at short notice. Note you MUST have completed the necessary medical RAF Form 6424 certificates from your GP.
If you have not done this then please do not apply for this. Any cadets that have completed the paperwork and are in a position to attend a resedential course at short notice please let me know at oc.2358@aircadets.org as soon as possible.
This does not preclude cadets from applying for future courses.
