There will be a safety brief for all cadets and staff attending SECCOM 12 on Monday 28 May 12. All cadets attending SECCOM must attend this brief.

Exam papers have now been received from Wing HQ. Those cadets doing the Leading Cadet Exam on the old paper based system should be prepared to take their exam on Friday 25 May 12. There will be an opportunity to do some revision this coming Monday.
The SECCOM 12 Exercise will take place from the 01 – 04 June 2012. The aim of this exercise is to improve the Leadership and Teamwork of the students taking part. This is a tough course for students both mentally and physically. You will be given a chance to lead a team in a number of different situations and provided with instant feedback and a full report at the end of the course.

Cadets taking part in the Support Team will carry out a variety of tasks which will include improving their fieldcraft skills.
Cadets taking part as Students are expected to attend for the full four days. Cadets attending as part of the Support Team can attend three or four days.

Provisional dates for these courses have now been added to the Squadron Calendar. These courses are mandatory for all NCOs. Under the new training system you will attend a one day training course followed by a one day assessment. For further information please contact WO Berry.
There will be an opertunity for all those who are involved with the Diorama and models to turn up and work together to complete before wing training day, which isnt to far away now.
