HQ Air Cadets have now issued the Dress Regulations for the Air Training Corps:

Transport is provided by 149 (Poole) Squadron and cadets should be at their HQ for 1700 on Friday 28 Jun 12.
Cadets should have already received Joining Instructions via email. If not a copy can be found here
Cadets attending the airshow are to ensure they have the appropriate CC1 etc forms completed.
Cadets are to be at the hut by 0700, we will return between 1900 and 2000 in the evening.
Cadets should bring enough food and water to last the day (although food is available at the airshow), waterproofs and sunscreen. You may wish to bring a chair as well but if you bring it you carry it!
Costs will be:
Cadets under 15 £10.00

For those of you considering a career in the RAF this is important information. WO Randall from the RAF Careers Office in Bournemouth has sent out an update on recruitment for 2012, this includes entry requirements for Airmen/women and Officers.
The Annual report on the Air Cadet Organisation (ACO) has now been published by Head Quarters Air Cadets (HQAC). This report looks at the ACO as a whole and will give you the ‘Big Picture’ of what is happening in our Organisation.
Cadets attending the New Forest Walk should ensure they have the following equipment:
Walking boots/shoes
Suitable clothing (no jeans)
Waterproofs
Personal first aid kit
Daysack
Packed lunch and enough drinks/water to last the day
Sunscreen and hat (it might stop raining!)
Cadets should have the necessary CC1-CC4 forms, completed and signed, with them.

This year the Squadron has been allocated places on two of the three Summer Camps available to Dorset/Wilts Wing. Therefore places are very limited.

Ferndown Middle School will be holding thier summer fayre on the 6th july 2011. We have been offered a stand, and will need cadets to attend, there may be a requermnet for a drill display team.
