There is a single application process for the National Concert Band, the National Marching Band and the (new) National Choir
The main celebration will take place at RAFC Cranwell on Sat 13 Aug 16 and will take the form of a parade followed by a “Musical Extravaganza”. Consequently, all applicants must be available from Sat 6 to Sun 14 Aug 16.
Three different music camps are available for cadets. However, cadets are likely to be allocated to a specific band as summer camps could be in different locations – although an exception may be made for less common instruments (for example, the tuba)
The camps are scheduled as follows:

The closing date for all applications is 8 Nov 15.
